I have lived in the Lake Norman area my entire life. Growing up, my Father owned his own real estate company. Through the years as I watched him build and sell homes I developed my interest in real estate at an early age. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, I began a career in sales. Over a span of 35 years in sales, the two most important things I learned were how important timely customer service is and how important it is to listen to my customer’s needs.
Additionally, I have contracted and built two homes from the ground up .This allowed me to develop a knowledge of building, remodeling, open floor plans as well as what someone needs to look for when they make such an important investment such as home ownership.
Over the years, I have owned and operated several business in the Statesville area. Currently I am working alongside my wife, Piper Cline, at our Preschool, American Child. Since 1999, American Child has been part of the downtown and business community.
I have held a North Carolina Real Estate License for approximately 30 years. Whether you are relocating to this area , looking for a first house, upsizing, downsizing or just wanting a change, my goal is to use my experience and knowledge, to help you find the perfect “home” not simply a house.
I look forward to working with you.
